The beauty of the VCF method lies in its simplicity and effectiveness: constantly varied, full-body functional movements done at appropriate intensities get the absolute most bang for your fitness buck. These training sessions are chalked full of variety; we do not shy away from weightlifting, we love gymnastics, and we hit the conditioning hard. Every training session is unique and thoughtfully designed from start to finish, day to day, and month to month to ensure consistent improvement.
So that we can make sure that all of our members are ready for whatever life throws at them, we want you to push yourselves and each other as hard as you safely can every day. Whether you are a high school athlete looking to get in some extra fitness, a mom who just dropped off the kids at school, or members looking to be competitive, these sessions are the core of our program and will accommodate any need.
