Whether you are already a gym rat or brand new to fitness, all new athletes must begin in our Foundations program*. Over the next month of classes and 3 personal training sessions, you will learn what makes functional fitness so fun, effective, and different from other fitness practices. You will also be training alongside other beginners just like you, who will be there to support you in your journey. From demystifying nutrition to providing you with the tools to prepare you to take any of the classes on our schedule, this is the perfect program to learn how to move with purpose and ease into a constantly changing, challenging, and (most importantly) results-driven program. *Passing a scheduled movement assessment with one of our coaches may waive this requirement.
